Another update on the curly coated (but a bit bedraggled) one, lots of you have been asking and I really appreciate the concern.

Nearly two weeks post op and Dita is doing well, she has had some swelling around the Pace maker site on her neck but thankfully today it is starting to receed.

Keeping her busy with enrichment and some Scentwork, just searching for treats as I dont want her too elevated with searching for a scent.

Hopefully this week we can start some very short lead walks, the family are still banned from visiting so she remains calm… it won’t be forever but post Op care with a Pace maker is so Important. 😊🐾

Enjoying the Autumn weather Alderford Lake…
A great place to take your dog for a few hours… lovely food and a very picturesque walk around the Lake. Thoroughly enjoyable..😊🐾

So yes the classes are both fun and functional learning positions, behaviours and lifestyle skills. However sometimes the dogs need to learn to just ‘chill’ in the presence of other dogs… surprisingly this actually helps with so many other behaviours….👏😊🐾

This young rehomed Frenchie has been doing so well with his training… He was very hyper vigilant on his walks when we started, pulled on the lead and offered very little focus. There is still more training to do but so far he has responded really well… when a training plan really does start to come together. 🐾😊👏
