Early morning visit to Costa coffee Market Drayton. As an trainer I always practice what I preach with my own dogs, how can I teach others if I haven’t done it myself. The ‘Down Settle’ is a fantastic exercise and can be transferred to many environments. It simply means, lie down and ‘chill your beans’ .😊🐾

So this morning before it got too warm we took the training outside and there were plenty of distractions that could be used as a training opportunity. 😊🐾👏
